Plumbing Service & Sales Technician
in Anderson, IN. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can diagnose issues, perform quality service work, and confidently present repair and replacement options to homeowners.

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and piping systems
Provide clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
Prepare accurate quotes for service and installation work
Offer financing options when appropriate
Use company-provided tools to document and manage service calls
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as required
Represent Summers with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate solutions and close service-related sales
Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
Plumbing license preferred (or currently pursuing licensure).
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year (performance-based earnings)
Hourly base pay + commission + SPIF opportunities

Schedule
Full-time, Monday – Friday
On-call rotation for emergency service, as required
