
Director of Leasing

LV Collective is seeking a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Director of Leasing to lead and innovate leasing performance across our growing portfolio. This role will own portfolio-wide leasing strategy, revenue optimization, and process standardization while partnering cross-functionally to drive performance across multiple housing verticals and markets.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in leasing strategy, revenue management, team leadership, and systems optimization, with the ability to translate data into action and drive consistent execution across properties.
Leasing Strategy & Revenue Management
Own the innovation and direction of leasing strategy for LV Collective Management, continuously identifying new ideas, technologies, and business strategies
Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive leasing strategies tailored to each housing vertical and market, aligned with corporate goals
Own portfolio-wide leasing strategy including rates, renewals, concessions, specials, and revenue management
Ensure consistent execution of pricing and leasing strategy across all properties
Identify risks and opportunities in real time and proactively adjust strategy
Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for leasing teams
Provide regular leasing and revenue reports with strategic insights to leadership
Travel to sites as needed to support, audit, and strengthen leasing performance
Cross-Functional Partnership
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with leasing velocity, pricing strategy, and occupancy goals
Partner with Operations to support overall property performance and financial outcomes
Collaborate with Systems and Operations teams to optimize CRM platforms, leasing software, and reporting tools
Process & Systems Optimization
Develop, standardize, and continuously improve leasing best practices, workflows, and reporting processes across the portfolio
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across properties
Track, analyze, and report on leasing and revenue performance to inform executive decision-making
Team Leadership & Development
Directly manage leasing leaders and provide strategic guidance to on-site leasing teams
Coach, mentor, and develop leasing talent with a strong focus on performance and career growth
Establish and reinforce KPIs, accountability standards, and performance expectations
Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts as the portfolio expands
Proven experience in student housing and/or multi-family leasing strategy and revenue management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
Experience managing multi-site leasing teams
Expertise in CRM platforms (Entrata) and performance reporting tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel as needed
