You:
will be the
first point of contact
for our customers
will
coordinate
the Order - To - Cash (OTC)process from order management, logistic execution and invoicing
will participate in projects
will handle customer requests and queries
will interact with customers and stakeholders, using your
problem-solving
skills with your
solution-oriented
attitude.
will constantly communicate with our customers, sales managers, internal and external stakeholders (logistics service providers) in order to find the best solution

What is required from you:
College/university degree
Close to native level of German and strong knowledgeof
English language
French or other European languages are very much appreciated.
Minimum 2 years of relevant
commercial, logistics or customer service experience
Strong SAP knowledge appreciated.
Team spirit, solution-oriented mind-set and stress-resistance
Ability to prioritize work independently.
