Company Description
Greater Good Health is a fast-growing organization delivering care to older adults in underserved communities. Our innovative model is led by Nurse Practitioners and focused on outcomes, not volume—meaning we prioritize quality over quantity, spend more time with our patients, and are accountable for their health and well-being. Whether through our own senior-focused primary care clinics or our suite of integrated clinical solutions for health plans and provider groups, we are making value‑based care more accessible and more effective. We help reduce avoidable healthcare costs, improve clinical outcomes, and create a best‑in‑class patient experience. If you’re passionate about transforming healthcare and delivering meaningful care to those who need it most, Greater Good Health offers a purpose‑driven, collaborative, and supportive environment where your work can make a lasting impact.
The Role
The Manager, Growth Marketing will report to the Associate Vice President of Marketing and will play a central role in driving patient and business growth across the organization. This role requires a strategic, analytical thinker who can own the full marketing lifecycle—from acquisition and retention to engagement—across both B2C and B2B audiences. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in healthcare marketing, excels at leveraging data to inform strategy, and is comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact campaigns. This is a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial position for a self‑starter who thrives on balancing strategic planning with execution and driving measurable results across the patient journey and business pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle strategy across the patient journey, leveraging Braze and Salesforce to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
Partner with internal marketing team members and external vendors (graphic designer, copywriter, video production) to develop compelling, audience‑focused content across channels.
Plan and execute coordinated campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels, using segmentation, behavioral triggers, personalization, and performance data to optimize outcomes.
Lead the development of a comprehensive, data‑driven B2B marketing strategy to grow client pipelines, position Greater Good Health as a leader in value‑based care, and drive measurable business impact.
Design and execute content strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, creating educational, informative, and engagement‑driven materials such as white papers, blog posts, and case studies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Improve marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to enhance campaign efficiency, measurement, and reporting. Provide in‑depth analysis of campaign performance, including A/B testing, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Develop a deep understanding of our key audiences, including patients, caregivers, health plans, and provider groups, using market research, social listening, and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Apply a strong understanding of marketing ecosystems, channel interplay, and lifecycle management to deliver cohesive campaigns that advance patient experience and business growth.
Generate actionable insights from campaign and funnel performance, tailoring reporting for different stakeholders across the organization.
Balance long‑term strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining strong organization and prioritization.
