The Integrated Marketing Manager serves as the holistic strategy and program lead for cross‑channel brand and product marketing campaigns. The role focuses on Funko’s speed to market and trend‑marketing initiatives, aligning business and commercial goals with product and brand vision to deliver consumer‑centric marketing programs that resonate with our core audience and bring new consumers into the Funko fold.
The Integrated Marketing Manager excels in both consumer marketing strategy and detailed project management. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator and communicator, able to lead through influence, balance priorities of multiple teams, and foster open, progress‑driven dialogue while seeking creative solutions in a complex, dynamic business environment.

Lead Funko Marketing team through speed‑to‑market programs and other integrated marketing initiatives, managing 360 marketing efforts across teams and seamlessly executing with our fans.
Write strategic, insights‑driven marketing briefs taking inputs from various functional areas and collaborating on the final draft across stakeholders.
Create and collaborate on campaign goals and KPIs that deliver against business, channel, and fan growth/engagement goals.
Serve as project‑management lead for assigned programs; develop schedules, manage timelines and communicate inputs, outputs and deliverables across the project team.
Takes an integrated, cross‑channel approach to telling stories that resonate, resulting in engagement, changing consumer perception or direct‑action steps.
Partner across key functions of the organization (including product marketing, DTC, licensing, wholesale, social media, influencer marketing) to build and bring campaigns to life.
Communicate clear status updates, issues and risks to leadership as well as working team members.
Facilitate cross‑channel activation brainstorms and regular planning meetings to deliver omni‑channel campaigns that resonate with our target consumer groups.
Manage agency partners, as needed, to strategize, concept, plan and/or execute programs or program components.
Leverage project‑management tools and create standardized templates to enable scaling of work, including localisation across international geographies.
Must‑Have Superhero Gadgetry
Expert knowledge and hands‑on experience driving integrated marketing program strategy and execution for a multi‑channel brand; preference for direct integrated marketing and/or product marketing experience.
Experience navigating the complexities of speed‑to‑market programs; manage with grace and agility in high‑pressure moments.
Skilled storyteller with a strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing tactics and channels that deliver the story to the consumer.
Experience in understanding and utilising consumer insights, sales metrics, pop culture, consumer trends and other inputs to inform briefs.
Stay up‑to‑date on marketing trends and best practices across digital and traditional media, owned and partner channels.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal; present strategy and plans catered to various audiences of both internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
BS in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent experience.
Interest and ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where change is constant and evolution is part of our core DNA.
5–7 years marketing management experience.
Salary Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610–$110,500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
