Sr. Shopper Consumer Insights (CPG exp)
This position conducts intermediate‑level analysis of shopper and consumer data to generate actionable insights. Supports strategic initiatives across marketing, sales, and category development. Works independently on assigned projects and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful recommendations.
Must have at least a minimum of 3 years of category managemet exp
Must have experience with Circana and Neilsen
Remote position but must have CPG experience

Responsibilities
Analyzes syndicated and geodemographic data to uncover shopper trends and supports new item and assortment initiatives
Works with client teams to understand business needs and deliver insights aligned with strategic goals
Creates compelling presentations with clear narratives and visualizations and applies storytelling techniques and branding standards
Contributes to team best practices and process enhancements and shares knowledge and collaborates across functions
Engages in training and mentorship to build
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Exposure to syndicated data platforms, experience with category management principles)
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field
Travel requirement: No travel requirements
Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in syndicated data tools
Strong analytical and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Effective client communication and relationship-building
Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
Field Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in‑store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities: Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration.
