Cybersecurity Engineer (Identity)

Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Engineer will support Barrow Wise's international project and perform the following duties:
Research cutting‑edge technology and harness the power of emerging solutions to redefine the future of aviation
Engage in a dynamic innovation process to assess and test new technologies, determining their fitness, maturity, and value to propel aviation forward
Create impactful business documents, detailed assessment reports, and interactive roadmaps that guide the way to success—think strategic implementation plans and compelling business cases that inspire action
Showcase your expertise in identity management and explore the forefront of identity management frameworks that will shape tomorrow's aviation landscape
Integrate biometrics, attribute‑based identity, AI, machine learning, and real‑time technologies, and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how we interact with the skies
Work remotely, while occasionally jet‑setting across borders for exciting international meetings
Candidate Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Master's degree in IT, engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
8 years of experience working in the aviation/aerospace/cybersecurity industry and federal government
Skilled in developing identity management solutions and frameworks
Highly skilled in systems engineering, solution development, software development, and emerging technology
Knowledge of relevant and current NIST, ISO, and additional international cybersecurity standards
Work independently, have excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and provide solid outcomes
