Job Overview JP TANK is seeking a hands‑on, execution‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage all digital marketing efforts for our growing industrial concrete construction company. This role reports directly to the President and serves as the company’s primary marketing professional.
This is not a senior leadership or strategy‑only position. We are looking for a highly accountable, self‑directed professional who thrives in execution — someone who can consistently produce high‑quality video, digital content, and campaigns that clearly communicate the strength, scale, and precision of our work across the country.
This position requires both office‑based production work and field‑based jobsite content capture. Occasional early morning jobsite shoots and limited travel to active construction projects throughout the United States will be required.

Key Responsibilities
Edit and produce high‑quality jobsite and promotional videos
Create both short‑form and long‑form content for multiple platforms
Develop and maintain consistent visual and editing standards
Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and production output
Jobsite Video Shooting (15%)
Capture professional footage at active construction sites
Coordinate with project managers for planned content
Operate safely around heavy equipment and active crews
Website Management (10%)
Update and maintain website content
Optimize pages for SEO
Ensure accurate project and service representation
Social Media Management (10%)
Create and schedule consistent content across platforms
Manage company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels
Track engagement metrics and performance data
Paid Advertising (5%)
Manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Monitor performance, adjust budgets, and optimize ROI
Branding & Messaging (5%)
Maintain consistent brand standards across all channels
Ensure messaging aligns with company positioning and values
Drone Footage Capture (2%)
Capture aerial footage for project documentation and marketing
Develop proposal visuals and marketing materials
Email Marketing (1%)
Manage and distribute email campaigns via HubSpot
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere

SEO fundamentals
Strong competency using AI tools for:
Content creation
Editing efficiency
