We are seeking interested candidates for a Financial Services Advisor (personal banker) for servicing loans & new accounts at our corporate location in Middletown.
This role is best suited for an enthusiastic, member‑service driven person who is motivated to serve our members by putting their financial needs and best financial interests first.
Responsibilities
Interview, counsel, and assist members regarding all of their financial service needs
Process/open new account and loan requests; service existing accounts.
Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership.
Knowledge in all aspects of the Credit Union’s products and services
Expected to assist in all areas of branch operations on a frequent basis
Qualifications

Ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent through coursework, training and/or financial services experience
Familiarity with branch operations and financial services products and services preferred
Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office machines needed to perform the job such as computer, calculator, copier
