Responsibilities
Manage all daily activities of commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to maintain schedule and quality requirements.
Enforce strict safety compliance and promote a safe work environment for all trades and visitors.
Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics to optimize productivity.
Collaborate with project managers and clients, providing regular updates and identifying potential risks or delays.
Maintain detailed daily reports, logs, and project documentation to support quality and cost controls.
Implement construction plans, review drawings/specifications, and resolve field conditions
