Amwins Specialty Auto – Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) with 2–3 days onsite in Plano, TX.

Line of Business: Non-Standard Personal Auto

Amiwns Specialty Auto is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support non-standard personal auto insurance for Texas, Florida, and Oklahoma. This role is ideal for both entry-level candidates looking to begin a career in insurance and experienced professionals seeking to grow within a specialty auto environment. You’ll work closely with agents, insureds, underwriting, and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

What You’ll Do

Service non-standard auto policies including endorsements, cancellations, and renewals

Support agents and insureds with policy, coverage, and billing inquiries

Ensure accuracy, documentation, and compliance with state regulations (TX, FL, OK)

Collaborate with underwriting and producers to resolve issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience (1–3 years preferred, not required)

Interest in or experience with personal auto or non-standard auto insurance

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license or willingness to obtain (training and support provided)

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting call center

Experience with Texas, Florida, or Oklahoma auto insurance a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
