Qualifications
Experience in property management, lease administration, and tenant relations
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of property maintenance, budgeting, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work on‑site and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of local and state property management laws and regulations
Previous experience in real estate asset management is a plus
