Bella Multifamily is seeking a full-time Regional Property Manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties in Santa Fe, NM. This on-site role entails managing property budgets, leading property staff, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards, and overseeing maintenance and vendor relationships. The Regional Property Manager will evaluate property performance, identify opportunities for operational improvements, and ensure tenant satisfaction while achieving the company’s financial objectives. Qualifications
Education / Experience 3–7+ years of
multifamily property management experience 2+ years managing
multiple properties or portfolios Experience supervising
Property Managers and onsite teams Knowledge of
HUD, Fair Housing, and landlord-tenant laws Budgeting and
financial reporting experience Experience improving
occupancy and NOI Experience in managing multiple locations Experience in class C properties, low income housing, lease ups, project management and distressed properties. Certifications (preferred but not always required) CAM – Certified Apartment Manager CAPS – Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor CPM – Certified Property Manager Skills Leadership and team development Budgeting and financial oversight Marketing and leasing strategy Conflict resolution and tenant relations Compliance and risk management Vendor and maintenance oversight Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Please respond with your resume and contact information.
