About the role The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks such as consolidating sales data, assisting in new launch setups for key retailers, coordinating cross-functional projects, and liaising with retail partners. This role reports to the Director of Sales, North America, and provides support to the sales team.

What you'll do

Distribute imagery links, provide educational product content guides, and distribute product samples (gratis) for meetings during new product launches

Collect digital launch exposure highlights and gather competitive pricing for pricing analysis

Gather allocations for lab samples and communicate to the Product Development team

Update the master product list with any new SKUs and maintain accuracy by reflecting discontinued SKUs. Liaise with Product Development/Education teams to ensure timely information updates

Prepare and ship all samples, gratis, etc., for shipments

Audit retailer.com monthly to identify and address updates such as missing SKUs, discontinued SKUs that need removal, and outdated imagery

Own the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) entry process for all North American retailers in NetSuite

Send out weekly sales reports to relevant stakeholders

Perform a monthly inventory audit on the Sales product closet

Manage the monthly expense report for the Sales team

What you'll bring

1+ year of relevant experience in a similar role or industry

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic data analysis, pivot tables) preferred

Hybrid role based in Los Angeles; requires in-office presence at least two times a week

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with NetSuite (preferred)

Must have a passion for beauty and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
