to join our dynamic Merchant Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective

account management, lead generation, and business development

strategies. You’ll receive

qualified preset leads

and benefit from biweekly

commission payouts, lifetime residuals, and performance bonuses .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive account management.

Generate new leads and identify growth opportunities in your assigned territory.

Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.

Manage the complete sales cycle—from outreach to closing.

Utilize CRM tools (like HubSpot) to track activity, manage client data, and monitor performance metrics.

Engage in B2B outreach and networking—this position rewards those who hustle and create their own pipeline.

This is a role where you get out what you put in. Top reps can build retirement-level income within 12 months.

Required Experience

1+ years in sales (merchant services or B2B preferred)

Proven ability to close deals— 20% minimum closing ratio expected

Strong skills in relationship-building, lead generation, and territory development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with

HubSpot

CRM platform is a plus

Must be comfortable engaging business owners in a field sales (B2B) environment

Commission-Only Role

with:

Biweekly commission payouts

Monthly performance bonuses

Lifetime residual income

Signing bonus

(for qualified book of business)

Earning Potential:

$100,000 – $450,000+/year
