What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage key accounts to drive distribution and visibility of the employer's portfolio

Build direct relationships with top on-premise accounts and develop brand activation programs

Coordinate with distributor teams to execute marketing strategies and promotional activities

Conduct training sessions for wait staff to enhance brand presence and knowledge

Monitor competitive activities and provide feedback for strategic improvements

What is Required (Qualifications)

1 to 3 years of experience in on-premise alcoholic beverage sales

Experience in a three-tier distribution market

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business Administration

Strong understanding of selling skills in the on-premise channel

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing creative brand-building programs

Strong account management and follow-up skills

Familiarity with product sales and ability to create compelling selling stories

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience in delivering presentations and communicating opportunities
