The Mortgage Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to help grow the Mortgage Division. The marketing strategy will maintain existing marketing efforts while proactively creating campaigns for existing and new products. This manager will serve as the main point of contact for mortgage division leadership and business development officers to ensure strategy execution while remaining compliant. Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategy to market mortgage products and services
Oversee end-to-end strategy and execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives
Launch programs that drive pipeline in support of new product and solution introductions, new geographies, new market segments, and new personas
Develop and report on marketing metrics of mortgage campaigns to show efficacy and refine strategy
Work hand-in-hand with the Mortgage team to ensure objectives and strategies are aligned; Proactively create relationships throughout the bank; be a trusted advisor to the business and the first point of contact for mortgage marketing discussions
Manage the mortgage marketing budget
Partner closely with the mortgage team to ensure fully integrated execution of all programs
Recommend tools and technologies needed to advance our mortgage marketing objectives
Manage the development of marketing collateral, direct and print marketing campaigns, organizational design improvements and other activities as needed to positively impact Mortgage goals.
Stay abreast of new marketing techniques and channels to determine their applicability to mortgage acquisition and cross-sell programs.
Manage the designated mortgage marketing software systems.
Act as a point of contact with third-party vendors and internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf ensuring goals are being met.
Oversee all vendor agreements with builders and realtors under the supervision of the Advertising and Promotions Director
Administer activities including coordination with legal, compliance, budget management and process workflows.
MSA management and tracking.
Management of duties and career development for the Mortgage marketing team members
Establishes and ensures compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
Facilitates as-needed requests
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
Highly skilled in negotiations
Ability to copywrite with an eye for design
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workflow
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to prioritize and properly multi-task
Industry and Work Experience:
5-10 years of relevant advertising, marketing and project management experience
1-2 year of mortgage relevant experience
Academic:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required
