Executive Assistant to Two Managing Partners
LOCATION:
New York, NY ( Hybrid – 3 days/week in office )
HOURS:
8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility)
BACHELOR’S DEGREE:

Our client is seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to two Managing Partners.
This role sits at the center of the leadership team and is critical to enabling seamless operations, high-impact client delivery, and strong senior-level relationship management.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment and demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and proactive ownership.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, internal/external meetings, and senior-level client coordination
Oversee travel arrangements and lodging logistics
Process client billing, expenses, and travel reports
Maintain Outlook calendars and contact databases
Support planning and execution of team meetings, events, and offsites
Partner with HR to coordinate recruiting schedules and related activities
Provide PTO coverage for the CEO’s Executive Assistant and the NY Office Coordinator
Qualifications
5 – 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting MD-level or senior executives in a corporate environment
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings
Executive presence with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients
High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and ability to meet tight deadlines
High emotional intelligence and demonstrated discretion with confidential matters
