The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an MedTech OEM Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Responsibilities

Manage Solventum MedTech OEM Southwest Territory account base consisting of key accounts, converters and direct end users.

Target and develop new customers and new customer opportunities.

Achieve individual and team sales growth attainment goals.

Support Key Account development and collaborate globally with customers and peers in multiple countries.

Facilitate strategic and tactical customer meetings to achieve short‑ and long‑term goals and milestones.

Develop and execute credible business plans targeted at exceeding sales goals and supporting metrics.

Consult with leadership team to set both short and long‑term goals and objectives for assigned key accounts.

Provide advice and counsel for decision‑making and operational/strategic planning to support overall growth strategy for the MedTech OEM business.

Provide cross‑functional team support utilizing St. Paul‑based business and technical resources to address customer needs and shorten product sales cycle times to closure.

Communicate with other MedTech Account Managers regarding “Design In” and manufacturing opportunities utilizing the MedTech OEM Adhesive and Diagnostic portfolios.

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the business process of “Specing‑In / Designing‑in” a Solventum MedTech OEM product for end user specifications and then recommend the appropriate manufacturing and/or converting partner to fabricate and generate new business sales.

Implement, promote and provide input to improve sales and marketing strategies to grow market share.

Demonstrate the use of the sales process and account management tools along with expertise in selling and management skills.

Effectively manage and utilize Salesforce CRM platform.

Proactively observe and report all pertinent trends and changes in the marketplace.

Assume additional assignments as requested by management.

Driving Requirements This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, market development and/or business development.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

5 years of Healthcare or Medical OEM Industry sales experience.

5 years managing large key accounts and multi‑location channel.

3 years working in a cross‑divisional, multi‑function, global team.

Self‑motivated, ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.

Previous experience in Rotary Converting.

Degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Technical preferred.

Work Location

Remote in USA.

Travel May include up to 25% domestic/international.

The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
