A Residential Finish Carpenter will complete hard surface flooring, millwork, cabinet, door installations with a meticulous eye for detail. In addition, the Finish Carpenter will complete shower waterproofing and tile installations on floors, walls, and ceilings.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Carpentry skills and experience required. Preferably in high‑end residential applications

Tile experience preferred but not required

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, design documents, and appliance specifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as outstanding problem‑solving skills.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods of time

Excellent organization and time‑management skills

Primary Responsibilities

Perform finish carpentry work accurately and according to plans and specifications

Hardwood, laminate, or LVP flooring installation

Hang doors, install door/window casing, and baseboard installation

Caulking and paint‑prep

Shower waterproofing and tile underlayment installation

Ornate tile installations and meticulous grouting

Troubleshoot, analyze and repair site issues

Observe and comply with all applicable OSHA safety regulations

Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Secondary Responsibilities

Framing, siding, and window installation

Material handling (skidloader work)

Landscaping

Grading and concrete prep

Duties assigned by Lead Finish Carpenter, Superintendent, or Project Manager

Education And Experience

GED or equivalent preferred

Ability to operate machinery (skidloader, telehandler, boom lift)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods of time

2+ years construction‑related experience

Compensation, Benefits, And Perks

$18‑28/hr – DOE. Overtime paid at 1.5× hourly rate beyond 40 hours in each week.

Paid Time Off:

1 week PTO in years 0‑1

2 weeks PTO in years 2‑5

3 weeks PTO in years 6‑10

4 weeks PTO in years 10+
