Campaign Strategy & Execution
– Plan and launch high‑impact online campaigns that drive engagement and measurable results.
Onsite Content Management
– Own and execute onsite campaigns to ensure a seamless, high‑converting user journey.
Market Research & Innovation
– Identify opportunities through research, testing, and experimentation.
Data‑Driven Decision Making
– Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into optimization strategies.
Growth & Experimentation
– Continuously test, iterate, and discover new levers for growth.
Regional Collaboration
– Work cross‑functionally with global and regional stakeholders to align messaging and execution.
Startup Mindset
– Take ownership, move fast, and build creative solutions that deliver impact.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in
eCommerce onsite marketing, integrated marketing, or merchandising
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments
A balance of creativity and strong analytical thinking
Experience working cross‑functionally in global settings
Demonstrated use of
AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
to improve workflows and productivity
High learning agility, someone curious, adaptable, and excited to grow
Passion for online shopping and digital experiences is a plus!
