Flying Tumbler is an Irish whiskey brand building real momentum in the U.S. We’re looking for outgoing, magnetic, people-first Brand Ambassadors in New Hampshire — the kind of person who can walk into a room and instantly make it more fun (and more social).
This is a role for someone who wants an extrovert-friendly job that’s equal parts social, sales, and storytelling — with real upside, real growth, and a brand people actually enjoy talking about.
What you’ll do
Host in-store tastings and turn “just browsing” into “I’ll take a bottle.”
Bring the Flying Tumbler story to life in a way that feels fun, natural, and memorable.
Create repeat buyers by making the experience upbeat and personal.
In bars & restaurants (On-Premise):
Build real relationships with bartenders, managers, and venue teams.
Help venues understand the brand and get excited about pouring it.
Support simple activations that get the bottle moving.
Across both:
Drive case sales and coordinate orders with wholesaler reps.
Partner closely with wholesaler field sales teams — you’re their secret weapon.
Keep your activity organized using our CRM (simple, quick, no corporate nonsense).
Share weekly updates with HQ: what’s working, what you’re hearing, and what we should do next.
Who this is perfect for You don’t need whiskey experience. You do need social confidence, energy, and the ability to connect quickly.
You might be a fit if you’re:
Naturally outgoing
— you love meeting people and starting conversations.
Comfortable being the “face” of something —
strong presence, great first impression , and you carry yourself professionally.
Persuasive without being pushy — you can sell because people like you.
Organized enough to manage your weekly schedule and follow up properly.
Curious and coachable — you learn fast and want to improve.
A strong communicator — in-person, text, email, and quick updates.
Someone who’s into Irish culture (or just genuinely excited by it).
Requirements (non-negotiables)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation (you need access to a car to move around the territory)
Ability to travel within the New Hampshire area for tastings and account visits
What you’ll get
Up to $31.25/hour (and more based on targets)
Bonus structure tied to monthly KPIs
20 hours/week (with some flexibility depending on schedule)
Training, coaching, and genuine development in sales + marketing
Real leadership access — you’ll work with experienced Irish founders + proven wholesale partners

A role that’s social, energetic, and built around people — not sitting behind a desk
A trip to Ireland (subject to achieving targets)
