About LightRx Medspa
LightRx Medspa is a growing aesthetics company with locations across the country. We provide non‑invasive medical aesthetic treatments designed to help clients look and feel their best.
We are looking to add another member to our Call Center Team! There's no cold calling in our company – just reaching out to those who have already submitted a request for information on our services.
This is a full‑time remote position. The Call Center operates from 8 AM Eastern Standard Time until 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. The shift is 9:30 AM–6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, with rotating Saturdays.
Remote work is required, but ideally the candidate will live in close proximity to our Colorado Springs location at 1710 Briargate Blvd. #425, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
Job Requirements
A competitive drive to be THE BEST
Excellent communication skills – both speaking and listening
Ability to build rapport on the phone
Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
Exceptional time management skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience working under sales quota
Fluency in Spanish
Saturday availability – rotating
