Here’s what you’re walking into: Schoenherr Roofing went from $12M to $48M in revenue. We're not slowing down — we're targeting $80-100M across three Michigan markets by the end of 2026. Southeast Michigan. Grand Rapids. Lansing. We're launching 50+ home shows and events this year alone. This is the most aggressive growth phase in our 30-year history, and we need killers on the phones to fuel it.
What you'll do: You’ll be the first voice our customers hear. You’ll work inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into booked appointments, and fill our sales team’s calendar. You’ll qualify prospects, handle objections, and make sure every call moves the ball forward. You’ll also help us dominate 50+ trade shows and events — turning warm leads into scheduled, qualified appointments on the spot. This isn't order-taking. This is real sales work with real impact on a company that's scaling fast.
What we’re looking for:
Competitive. You keep score and you hate losing.
Relentless follow-up. You don't let leads die.
Strong communicator — confident on the phone, sharp over text and email.
2+ years in inside sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Self-motivated. You don't need a manager hovering to perform.
