About Our Agency
I opened my agency in July 2001 after spending 10 years as a State Farm Auto Claims Manager, bringing strong technical experience and a people‑first leadership style into agency ownership. Today, our team includes six members, many of whom have been with the office for 20+ years, creating a stable, experienced, and supportive environment. I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia, married with two daughters, and actively involved in the community through multiple boards, including the Fort Gordon Alliance Community Board. Our office is located just three miles from Fort Gordon, and we proudly operate as a military‑supportive agency with many team members who share that background. For our team, we offer a strong benefits package that includes a Simple IRA, health benefits, two weeks of vacation to start, casual Fridays, team‑building events, and structured training programs to support long‑term success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
