Our client, a government agency supporting the Department of Children and Families in Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of development projects by providing comprehensive business requirements, facilitating communication between technical teams and business partners, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance. What's the Job?
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for web applications, reports, and other deliverables. Facilitate Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, demos, and feedback loops to ensure stakeholder needs are accurately captured and addressed. Conduct testing of developed applications, reports, and systems to ensure quality and functionality meet specified requirements. Create and maintain artifacts such as use cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements traceability matrices. Collaborate closely with technical teams and business partners to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals. What's Needed?
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business requirements elicitation and documentation. At least 7 years of experience in data mapping and data analysis. Expertise in SQL with 5+ years of experience navigating and querying relational databases. Strong skills in creating use cases, process flow diagrams, and requirements verification. Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities effectively. What's in it for me?
