Role Description This full‑time, on‑site Freight Broker role is located in Mount Pleasant, SC. The Freight Broker will manage the coordination of freight logistics, build strong relationships with clients and carriers, and provide top‑notch customer service. Daily tasks include liaising with customers, negotiating rates, scheduling shipments, handling dispatch processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and general brokerage practices
Strong skills in customer service and account management
Experience in dispatching and managing logistics operations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
Highly motivated with organizational and multitasking capabilities
Relevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry preferred
