Interventional – The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner® and Turnpike® Catheters, AC3 Optimus™ Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl® Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary The Marketing Operations team in the Interventional business unit plays a critical role in driving overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness; visibility into marketing performance by focusing on technologies, reporting and analytics; and instituting best-in-class operational processes. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in customer service, sales, supply chain, finance, and operations to inform marketing strategies, measure performance, and contribute to overall business success.
Principal Responsibilities
Establish effective communication of supply plans to the field team optimizing customer experience, including establishing meetings to faciliatate discussion of Interventional stock availability
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that support quantitative and qualitative results
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and workflows for increased efficiency
Work closely with marketing, sales, supply, and finance teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on key initiatives
Collaborate on analysis of sales reporting and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement with the Interventional business unit
Support the marketing team through reporting, data analysis, performance tracking and business impact analysis to enable data-driven decisions.
Provide regular reports and communication to sales and marketing leadership on the performance of sales, marketing, and fulfillment; providing visibility and insight to the overall business growth
Implement best practice across the marketing organization through a foundation of streamlined processes
Adhere to and ensure the adherence of Teleflex Code of Ethics, all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Other tasks as assigned
Education / Experience Requirements
BA degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant experience (operations, marketing, or analysis related experience)
Experience with CRM, ERP, MS Office systems
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
Knowledge of measurement and analysis of commercial and program effectiveness
Excellent relationship building and collaborative skills
Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) with audiences of varying levels
Ability to work with and guide cross-functional teams and decisions
Ability to work in new technology areas
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to focus, prioritize and manage time and projects effectively
