
Digital Designer

Verb Products is seeking a Digital Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is fluend in digital-first design, highly skilled in building and optimizing advertising creative, and deeply understands the e-commerce/dot-com ecosystem. This orle will work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and creative teams to design assets that drive performance, brand equity, and consumer engagement.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Design digital advertising assets with a focus on Meta ads, paid social, and digital campaigns.
Create assets for dot-com, e-commerce, email, social, and retailer platforms (Sephora, Ulta, Pro Sales, etc.).
Use Figma to deliver layouts, design systems, and prototypes.
Produce final, production-ready artwork using Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh, innovative creative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
3-5 years of digital design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing paid ads, social, and e-commerce work.
Skilled in Figa and Adobe Creative Suite.
Beauty, haircare, or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and be solution oriented.
Ability to prioritize tasks, projects, and initiatives.
