As a Daily Property Adjuster, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate inspections and exceptional service to policyholders while maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners. Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of residential properties to assess wind, storm, water, and related damages Document findings thoroughly with photos, measurements, and detailed field notes Prepare clear, accurate estimates using Xactimate Maintain professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives Manage claim files in alignment with carrier guidelines and industry best practices Deliver a positive, professional experience for policyholders from first contact through file completion Qualifications
Property claims experience preferred Experience with Xactimate Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged structures Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and standard adjusting equipment Why Join CENCO Claims
