Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Regional Travel Required
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role focuses on selling large agricultural machinery to farmers and agricultural operations throughout the region.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses
• Conduct in-person visits, including door-to-door prospecting
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate machinery solutions
• Manage and grow an assigned regional territory

What We're Looking For:

• Previous agricultural sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of farming operations and large equipment strongly preferred
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Regional travel (no overnight national travel)
