We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role that combines 75% remote flexibility with company-paid monthly travel to one of our regions, currently DC or NC area, providing a great chance to collaborate with our dedicated team in person. This role offers the best of both worlds: work from home most days while still connecting in person with an incredible clinical team.

Your Role as a BCBA:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours required!).
- Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
- Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.
Work Environment, Physical Conditions:
- Ability to travel monthly to our service area and main office for in-person supervision and meetings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
