Position Description
Seneca Resources is seeking a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
with strong experience in
Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Insights (CIJ)
to support a high-impact enterprise initiative. This role will focus on designing, customizing, and integrating solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to enhance
customer data insights, marketing automation, and CRM functionality .
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working with
enterprise CRM platforms, Power Platform solutions, and cloud-based integrations . The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building scalable Dynamics solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an
Agile development environment .
You will work closely with data, analytics, and platform teams to help deliver
customer-centric insights, integrations, and automation solutions
that improve business decision-making and customer engagement.

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development
Design, configure, and customize
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
solutions with a focus on
Customer Insights and marketing capabilities . Develop and maintain
plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions
within the Dynamics ecosystem. Build
Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse components
to support CRM functionality and automation. Implement and integrate
REST APIs and external services
to support enterprise application connectivity. Ensure CRM solutions align with
Microsoft best practices, security standards, and performance optimization guidelines . Data, Insights & Platform Integration
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to support
customer data unification, segmentation, and insights generation . Develop integrations leveraging
Azure services, data pipelines, and enterprise APIs . Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to
technical design reviews and solution planning . Agile Collaboration & Documentation
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Maintain clear and organized
technical documentation
for system configurations, integrations, and development work. Communicate technical concepts effectively with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders . Required Skills/Education
Proven experience developing solutions in
Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) . Hands-on experience with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or Dynamics Marketing modules . Strong experience with
Power Platform development , including
Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse . Experience building and integrating
REST APIs, Azure services, and third-party platforms . Solid understanding of
CRM architecture, data models, security roles, and system configuration . Experience with
source control and DevOps pipelines , including
Git or Azure DevOps . Experience working in
Agile or Scrum development environments . Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Microsoft Fabric
or enterprise data analytics platforms. Microsoft certifications related to
Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, or Power Platform . Experience working within
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
or other enterprise Agile methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate
