Molly Maid of Lawrenceville, Norcross and Snellville - located in Norcross, Georgia We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our office team. Customer Service & Scheduling
Answer phones, assist customers with scheduling, confirm appointments, and ensure all customer preferences are documented. Customer Relations
Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner, respond to concerns, and ensure their satisfaction. Operational support
- Support daily operational tasks and coordination Team Development
Support, train, and motivate team members to follow processes and exceed customer expectations. Fluent in English & Spanish Willing to go through cleaning training to better understand company services and operations 18 years of age or older Valid GA driver's license with a good driving record Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong phone and communication skills Prior cleaning, Housekeeping, customer service, or operations experience preferred Ability to pass a background check Available MondayFriday, 7:45 AM
