Take the lead in training and mentoring our massage and skincare therapists on advanced protocols and enhancements. Clinical Collaboration:
Partner with a Physical Therapist owner to bridge the gap between luxury relaxation and medical-grade therapeutic results. Set the Standard:
You are the standard-bearer for high-quality therapy, ensuring all staff uphold our professional standards and protocols. Bridge the Gap:
Act as the vital communication liaison between our back-of-house clinical staff and management. Strategic Onboarding:

Experience:
3+ years as a Licensed Massage Therapist with a proven track record of clinical excellence. Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and lead a diverse team toward collective goals. Credentials:
Current Iowa Massage Therapy License and active liability insurance are required. Passion:

Schedule:
Full-time (68 hour shifts), including at least one weekend shift to support our busiest times. Location:
