High Voltage Area Sales Manager , you’ll champion industry‑leading breaker technologies, support strategic growth initiatives, and partner with customers to deliver innovative, reliable solutions. You’ll be a trusted advisor—offering technical insight, developing compelling proposals, and collaborating across teams to drive value, performance, and customer satisfaction. In this role, your strategic mindset, market awareness, and customer‑focused approach will directly impact ongoing success in a rapidly evolving market.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Grow new and existing business by supporting a collaborative Sales organization.

Promote Hitachi Energy solutions through webinars, seminars, and presentations.

Provide expert technical knowledge to customers and internal teams.

Prepare high‑quality technical and commercial proposals in coordination with key partners.

Track and report monthly sales activities, forecasts, and customer engagements.

Evaluate market conditions and identify new business opportunities and emerging segments.

Participate in customer meetings and site visits to understand project needs.

Analyze competitor activity and support strategic planning efforts.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.

10+ years of sales or marketing experience (12–15 years preferred).

Prior experience in the electrical sector or breaker technologies preferred.

Strong planning, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel 30% or more based on business needs.

Collaborative mindset and a customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented approach.
