This role leads the endtoend solution architecture for a major utility transformation across customer operations, billing, and metering.
Rate Range:
$130/hour to $135/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Enterprise Solution Architect job responsibilities include:
Leading endtoend solution architecture across customer operations, billing, metering, customer experience, and integration workstreams for a major utility transformation program. Driving architectural decisionmaking and ensuring alignment across functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into system capabilities, architectural specifications, and integrated design standards. Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture blueprint while guiding the creation of Functional and Technical Design documents. Partnering with integration teams to define API specifications, oversee data architecture and conversion strategies, and manage architectural risks and dependencies. Providing handson support during SIT, performance testing, and production readiness while ensuring architectural governance and consistency across all workstreams. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of IT solution architecture experience, including a minimum of 8+ years working with Oracle CC&B, C2M, or CCS platforms. Strong, handson expertise across customer operations, billing, metering, and customer engagement solutions, with proven ability to lead E2E architecture in large utility transformation programs. Excellent clientfacing communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, align crossfunctional teams, and drive architectural standards and governance. Pay Details:
$130.00 to $135.00 per hour
