Ag Lender

Our community bank is expanding its agricultural lending portfolio and is seeking an experienced Ag Lender to join our team. This role serves customers across Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa and offers the opportunity to build and manage a strong ag and commercial loan portfolio through new and existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage an agricultural lending portfolio

Build strong relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and commercial clients

Generate new business while maintaining existing customer relationships

Participate in insurance sales and maintain required licensure

Qualifications

Experience in agricultural lending; commercial lending experience preferred

Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Knowledge of ag lending products and credit analysis

Experience with or willingness to obtain insurance licensure

Proficiency with banking and lending technology
