Additional Responsibilities
Be amarket competition guru, knowing features, benefits, and pricing.
Adapt yourleasing presentationto secure a “yes.”
Follow upand buildrapportnaturally.
Plan and hostexciting resident eventsandon-site activities.
Adhere tocompany policies,tenant and housing laws, andlease provisions.
Maintainaccuracy and qualityin administrative tasks.
Manageproperty social mediato company standards.
Take onadditional dutiesas requested.
Maintain highleasing,occupancy, andretention rates, even during construction.
Showloyaltyandcarefor your teammates.
Ensurereputation scoresmeet or exceed industry standards.
Qualifications
Proventrack recordincustomer serviceorsales.
High school educationor equivalent preferred.
Strongwork ethicandintrinsic motivation.
Experience withYardiorproperty management softwareis a plus.
