
Lead Management Specialist

Job Description Summary
The Lead Management Specialist is responsible for executing lead qualification programs for all PI marketing and digital-based lead revenue generation. This role blends inside sales, market development, and customer support competencies to identify high value opportunities, qualify customer interest, and accelerate adoption of PI solutions.
This position works cross functionally with Digital Marketing, Regional Sales Leadership, Territory Managers, and Procedural Specialists to ensure seamless lead handoff, opportunity progression, and strong customer experiences within aligned PI initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities
Promptly follow up on all marketing‑generated inquiries, conducting structured outreach via email, phone, video, and digital channels to assess needs, decision criteria, and qualification status aligned with PI initiatives and goals.
Execute ongoing nurture sequences for early‑stage prospects, ensuring timely follow‑up and advancement through the funnel with sales reps or customers.
Manage inbound prospect calls and generated leads from marketing activities within Salesforce. Identify and uncover customer challenges, identify solutions fit, and convert them into qualified opportunities aligned with PI initiatives and sales collaboration.
Maintain accurate, detailed daily documentation of all interactions, qualification logic, and customer insights within Salesforce.
Collaborate closely with multiple teams and departments including Marketing, Sales (Territory Managers, Regional Managers, Area Vice Presidents, and Procedural Specialists), and SalesForce team to ensure seamless lead transitions, lead communications and strong opportunity progression.
Align qualification and outreach activities with active marketing campaigns and communicate insights back to sales and marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and program performance all within SalesForce.
Deliver a consistent, professional customer experience across all digital touchpoints, representing BDPI brand standards.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of BDPI products, competitive landscape, and market trends to support informed qualification conversations.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance goals tied to qualification metrics, outreach activity, funnel movement, and opportunity creation.
Ensure all activities comply with BDPI policies, procedures, documentation requirements, and regulatory expectations and code of conduct.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
1–3 years of inside sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing experience recommended.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred.
Strong communication—phone, email, and digital engagement skills required.
Highly organized with excellent time‑management and attention to detail required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Self‑motivated, takes on additional responsibilities, and manages priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience presenting to an audience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Highly organized individual who can work independently but also thrives in a team environment.
Ability to travel 5 – 20% of the time.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use sight, and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls, and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to verbally communicate with other associates. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
