About The Role This is a unique opportunity to be in the center of the next chapter of transformation of our Technology Segment. We are looking for top performers with a Management Consulting background to join our Strategy & Business Transformation Team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Business Transformation, this role would support the segment CEO and other senior leaders within FTI’s Technology Segment.

What You’ll Do Support and lead business‑unit growth strategies, including market entry, portfolio optimization, pricing, and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Partner with senior leaders to frame strategic questions, assess trade‑offs, and develop clear strategic recommendations.

Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options under varying market, competitive, and operational conditions.

Strategic Analytics & Business Case Development Build robust business cases, including financial projections (P&L, cash flow, ROI), sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments, in partnership with Finance and HR departments.

Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to support decision‑making, identify value creation opportunities, and challenge assumptions.

Develop insights from complex datasets; translate analytics into clear implications for executives.

Understand the budgeting/forecast processes, e.g., linking with business strategy, projecting revenue and expense from both a top‑down and bottoms‑up approach, assess risks and opportunities.

Execution, PMO, and Transformation Delivery Drive execution of strategic initiatives through structured PMO leadership, including workplan design, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Consulting, Sales) to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery.

Monitor progress against objectives; elevate risks and recommend course corrections as needed.

Performance Management & Value Tracking Define success metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.

Track initiative performance and value realization versus business cases.

Support development of management dashboards and regular executive updates.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management Produce executive‑level PowerPoint materials (board‑ready where applicable) that synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives.

Communicate effectively with senior leaders, influencing decisions through data‑driven storytelling.

Act as a trusted thought partner to executives across strategy formulation and execution.

Collaborate with various internal functions and business subpractices to conduct interviews, gather data, test hypotheses and present findings.

What You’ll Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree.

5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or a related role.

Demonstrated experience in growth strategy, strategic planning, or large‑scale transformation initiatives.

Experience in strategic analytics, financial modeling, and business case development.

Experience leading or supporting cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; strong executive communication skills; ability to distill complexity into clear recommendations.

Strong project management experience, including structured problem solving, prioritization, and delivery discipline.

Ability to effectively work in a team under tight deadlines to deliver quality output.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders with common and/or conflicting interests.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; this position does not provide sponsorship.

Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed.

Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree, e.g., MBA.

Experience with ThinkCell and / or Tableau.

Familiarity with financial systems, e.g., TM1, Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, database or other query or reporting writing tools.
