Group Sales & Events Manager – Sell the Fun at Urban Air Adventure Park! Urban Air is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Group Sales & Events Manager to drive revenue through group bookings, corporate partnerships, school events, team-building experiences, and community organizations. This position would be considered either part-time or on a 1099.

This role builds strategic community relationships, expands market presence, and drives consistent, repeat group bookings. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, sales-motivated, and passionate about creating high-energy events.

What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development Generate new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, in-person visits)

Develop partnerships with corporations, schools, youth groups, churches, and community organizations

Execute a local sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Maintain and grow existing client relationships

School & Community Outreach Build relationships with school administrators, PTO/PTA groups, coaches, and youth leaders

Promote field trips, fundraisers, reward programs, and graduation events

Represent Urban Air at community events and networking opportunities

Corporate & Group Events Sell corporate team-building events, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, and private park buyouts

Coordinate logistics with operations to ensure seamless event execution

Create customized packages to meet client needs

Event Coordination & Execution Collaborate with operations team to ensure outstanding guest experiences

Manage event details, contracts, deposits, and follow-up

Reporting & Administration Track leads, opportunities, and revenue in Salesforce system

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting

Meet weekly reporting and KPI expectations

Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, event sales, hospitality, or entertainment preferred)

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends for events)

CRM experience preferred
