
Assistant Golf Professional

Overview
The Assistant Golf Professional will report directly to the Head Golf Professional, or if not available, the first Assistant. The role includes the following responsibilities:
Assist with day‑to‑day operations (tee times, golf shop sales, phone service, guest service, balancing of daily financials)
Assist with merchandising (inventory control, ordering, receiving, pricing, special orders)
Assist with all golf tournaments/events (member and non‑member)
Assist with men's, ladies, and junior clinics and provide private instruction when available
Assist with club repair, club handicapping, outside golf operations, starter/ranger duties when needed
Play with members at the club and at section events at designated times
Serve as an ambassador of Ironbridge Golf Club at all times and communicate club happenings and events
Get acquainted with the membership, learn their names, and improve quality of service to them
Experience Required 1–3 years as an Assistant Golf Professional.
