Position Overview District Sales Manager (DSM) reporting to the General Sales Manager, responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) to manage in‑store execution for essential customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of Account Sales Managers.

Drive sales volume and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Ensure effective in‑store execution for a selected group of essential customers.

Coach and develop team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.

Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.

Valid US Driver’s License.

DOT Medical card.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage.

Additional Requirements

Travel 0‑10%.

Permanent position.
