Robbins Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing national tax consulting firm to identify an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on acquiring new corporate clients in the commercial real estate and property tax consulting space.
This role is ideal for a driven sales leader who thrives on coaching teams, building strong pipelines, and driving consistent revenue growth. The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in executing a professional services sales strategy for small and mid-size corporate clients while developing and mentoring sales professionals across the full sales cycle.

What You’ll Do Lead and develop the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching across the full sales cycle including prospecting, development, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
Conduct joint customer calls, phone observations, and sales strategy planning sessions.
Train and develop team members to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
Drive Sales Strategy and Performance
Develop and execute territory and sales action plans
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
Provide insights and recommendations to improve team performance
Ensure efficient use of CRM systems and sales tools
Build and support the team
Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.
Continuously refine interviewing and selection processes.
Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Represent Sales in cross-functional business reviews and strategy discussions.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive sales initiatives.
Address escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Compile and present sales reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of sales management or supervisory experience
5+ years of successful B2B or professional services sales experienceDemonstrated ability to coach and develop sales professionals to achieve results
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and sales performance
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Experience tracking team performance and implementing improvement plans
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments
Ability to travel up to 10% annually for company or industry events
Preferred
Experience managing teams in hybrid work environments
Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex client conversations
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Experience in commercial real estate tax or property tax consulting
