In-Home Flooring Sales Consultant
to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with homeowners, helping them improve their homes, and building a strong commission-based income.
We provide
qualified appointments and a mobile showroom , so you can focus on meeting customers and helping them choose the right flooring for their homes. Consultants typically run
3–5 in-home consultations per week
with homeowners who have requested estimates.
Our team completes dozens of flooring projects each month across Foxboro, Franklin, Mansfield, Wrentham, North Attleboro, and Northern Rhode Island.
Most appointments are scheduled
within about 25 minutes of Foxboro , allowing you to spend your time meeting customers rather than driving long distances.

What You’ll Do

Measure spaces and discuss project goals
Show flooring samples using our mobile showroom
Build proposals and guide customers through product selection
Coordinate project timelines with our project management team
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and competitive
Comfortable working independently
Professional in customers’ homes
Sales experience is helpful but not required. Many successful consultants come from backgrounds in
retail sales, home improvement, design, or customer service .
Compensation Typical first-year earnings:
$80,000–$120,000+
Top performers regularly exceed six figures.
