GV is a specialized wayfinding agency and design-build contractor focusing on large-scale properties. We develop visual wayfinding systems to enable intuitive navigation for guests and team members, designed for both present and future needs and specialize in bringing them to physical reality by fabricating and installing what we design. Our range of services includes graphic design, schematic and construction drawings, sign programming, permitting, and installation. We are a Swiss-army knife team of 7 and certified WBE/MBE with expertise in delivering strategic and long‑lasting wayfinding solutions alongside comprehensive project management. Our "icepick" approach to signage requires team members to take full accountability for their designs.
Role Description This is an either a full-time remote role for an experience designer or local Las Vegas hybrid role for a less experienced designer. The Designer will be responsible for crafting effective and visually appealing design solutions, including concepts, schematic and shop drawing level drawings, location plans, and message programming.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Graphic Design, Concept Design, and Wayfinding & Placemaking.
Experience with Schematic & Construction Drawings
Knowledge of Sign Programming, Location Planning and be able to explain architectural terms.
Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to produce high-quality designs that meet branding and functionality standards.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD Tools.
Familiarity with signage fabrication, permitting processes, and installation practices.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field required.
Experience in large-scale property design or wayfinding is an advantage.
