38565 We are looking for an Online Casino Manager with deep online casino experience to own the casino player experience from day one. The role focuses on promotions, bonusing, gamification, segmentation, and UX analysis and optimisation.
You will analyse player behaviour, build segmented player journeys, and continuously optimise engagement, retention and player value.
The role offers significant scope for creativity and innovation in a fast-moving environment. Strong ideas are encouraged and will be quickly backed and resourced when supported by a clear business case.
Key Responsibilities
Own and optimise casino promotions, bonuses and gamification
Design segmented player journeys based on early player behaviour
Drive performance across core casino KPIs: conversion, retention, ARPU, LTV and churn
Build and use advanced reporting and analysis to guide decision-making
Work with product and UX to improve casino discovery and player experience
Act as the internal casino expert, representing the casino player across the business
Qualifications
Proven experience building managing casino promotions and bonuses
Deep understanding of casino player behaviour and lifecycle
Highly analytical and comfortable owning commercial KPIs
Experience in regulated markets (NJ experience a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Casino Promotions & Bonusing Expertise
Proven ability to design, execute and optimise casino promotions and bonuses.
Strong understanding of casino player motivations, early-life behaviour, engagement patterns and churn.
Gamification & Player Engagement
Experience using gamification and engagement mechanics to drive sustained casino play.
Ability to analyse players from day one and build segmented, data-led casino journeys.
Data Analysis & Insight-Driven Decision Making
Highly analytical; able to work with player-level data, dashboards and reports to drive action.
