Position Overview As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you are the first impression of our dealership. You will communicate with customers who have inquired online, by phone, or through third-party platforms.

Your primary goal is to build value, create excitement, and schedule confirmed showroom appointments.

You are not selling vehicles over the phone — you are creating opportunities and setting the sales team up for success by driving qualified traffic into the dealership.

This position plays a critical role in the dealership’s monthly success.

You’ll work directly with our sales team to ensure customers have an exceptional experience from first contact to arrival.

No automotive experience? No problem. We provide paid training and proven processes to set you up for success.

Compensation Plan

$17 per hour base pay

$30 per shown appointment

$60 per sold unit

Monthly volume bonuses up to $2,000

Strong performers earn $5,000–$7,000+ per month.
