Content Producer

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting our client in their search for a Content Producer. The Content Producer will be responsible for bolstering the client brand, including video, photo and overall content library. This role will primarily handle the capture of footage and photos of the local franchises and build a library of evergreen assets.
Essential Responsibilities
Captures photo/video content across the franchise system to build the library of assets used in marketing projects. Projects include interviews and large‑scale commercial shoots.
Builds out and develops the client Youtube channel to create an expansive library of videos on services offered, tips, promotional pieces, portfolio, and more.
Documents meetings and social events that happen at the Corporate office, annual conference, meetings and special events, and beyond. Records internal video updates.
Creates brand‑conscious solutions and new directions for social channels.
Assists with digital asset platform and availability of creative assets to vendors and internal users. Updates content, tagging content, and maintaining up‑to‑date pieces.
Functions as an in‑house photographer/videographer.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or related field
5+ years professional experience in creative solutions design
Expertise in latest design and video programs (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc).
Expertise in motion graphics.
Expertise in video recording and editing.
Experience in social media platform posting and creation.
Prior experience managing and holding accountability with vendors.
Knowledge of creative brief process and demonstrated experience from creative concept to outcome.
Must have access to their own professional‑grade filming equipment, including camera, audio, and lighting gear suitable for high‑quality video and image production.
Travel
Needs to be able to frequently commute to the Corporate office, and be able to travel to Franchise locations in the surrounding region on short notice.
Occasional national travel and travel to Canada required to capture content.
Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000.
